Privacy Policy

‍Effective date: February 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Prism ML, Inc. (“Prism ML,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or interact with our website (the “Site”) and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from third parties.

A. Information you provide

Depending on how you use the Services, you may provide:

  • Contact information (such as your name, email address, company, and role) when you fill out forms, subscribe to updates, request a demo, or contact us.
  • Communications (such as the content of messages you send us).
  • Other information you choose to provide (for example, details included in a support request).

B. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps.
  • Approximate location inferred from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies as described below.

C. Information from third parties

We may receive information from:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site (e.g., analytics, hosting, email delivery).
  • Business partners (for example, if you register for an event or are referred to us).
  • Public sources (for example, if you represent an organization and your role is publicly listed).

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • Send administrative messages (e.g., confirmations, security notices, updates to policies).
  • Send marketing communications (where permitted by law), and you can opt out at any time.
  • Monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Services (fraud prevention, abuse detection).
  • Analyze usage trends and performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Remember preferences and settings.
  • Understand how the Site is used and improve performance.
  • Measure and improve marketing effectiveness.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through any cookie preference tools on the Site. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

4. How we share information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who process information on our behalf for hosting, analytics, customer support, communications, security, and related functions.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.
  • With your direction. When you direct us to share information (for example, when you request integration or introduce us to someone).

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. If applicable law defines certain data sharing (such as cookie-based advertising) as “selling” or “sharing,” you may have the right to opt out as described below.

5. Legal bases for processing (where applicable)

Where required (for example, under GDPR/UK GDPR), we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Consent (e.g., when you opt in to marketing).
  • Contract (e.g., to provide requested Services).
  • Legitimate interests (e.g., to secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud, understand usage), balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation (e.g., compliance with applicable laws).

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and how it is used.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

A. Marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us at contact@prismml.com. You may still receive non-marketing communications (such as service-related or policy updates).

B. Access, correction, deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a portable copy of certain information.

To exercise these rights, contact contact@prismml.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know the categories of personal information collected, used, and disclosed.
  • Request access to or deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions).
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as defined under California law (if applicable).
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To submit a request, email contact@prismml.com with the subject line “California privacy request.” If we use cookie-based tools that qualify as “sharing,” we will honor opt-out signals where required by law.

D. Global Privacy Control

Where required by law, we will treat browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a valid request to opt out of certain data sharing for advertising purposes.

9. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at contact@prismml.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International data transfers

Prism ML may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

11. Third-party websites and services

The Services may link to third-party websites or tools. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties.
